Below is the move list for Turles's Dragonballz RPG ... however it is not completed and i may add and change the specifics of some moves over time. Anyone can learn any move as long as they are in the required location.
However ... each member can only know 5 abilites at one time. This means you must pick your abilities carefully. 'Martial Arts' and 'Flight' are two vital abilites. However you must now balance the rest of your abilities, if you have no Ki abilities and all special ablities you will be a weak fighter, and vice versa.
Remeber not all moves can be used in battle ... so make sure you have a balance.
Basic Moves
Martial Arts - 2 days
Before you attack other opponents, you must first learn the basics of martial arts. Without it you will be slaughtered in battle. You can still search for items and dragonballs ... but without a basi knowledge of martial arts you will never win a fight. You can't learn Ki-based moves without Martial Arts skills.
Flight - 2 days
In order to 'search' for Dragonballs or items you must first learn the art of flying. This involves the manipulation of you bodies internal Ki energy. Without the ability of flight, you can still battle, however you will never be able to locate the 7 dragonballs.

Kamehameha - 4 days

Temporarily blinds the opponent ... thus the opponents next move automatically misses
Tri-Form - 5 days
Produce duplicates of yourself for the purpose of sparring

Replaces the Scouter ... find objects in 4 days instead of 8 days

Special Beam Cannon - 3 days

Gohan's Masenko - 3 days
Ki-Blast similar to Kamehameha created by Piccolo for Gohan
Laser Eyes - 2 days
Weak Ki-Blast which comes from the eyes
Split Form - 5 days
Produce duplicates of yourself for the purpose of sparring
Regeneration - 4 days
Ability to regenerate limbs lost in battle ... this means you can have 2 fights a day
Healing - 4 days
Ability to bring a teammate back from the Next Dimension ... takes 1 day to preform
Namekian - 3 days
Learn the Namekian language to enable yourself to wish for Dragonballs & fly Namekian Space Ships
Planet Vegeta
Big Bang Attack - 3 days
Large Ki-Blast created by Prince Vegeta ... capable of destroyng planets
Galic Gun - 3 days
Another Ki-Blast created by Prince Vegeta ... shoots numerous blasts like a cannon
Final Flash - 3 days
Yet another Ki-Blast created by Prince Vegeta ... strongest of the 3
Keep You Eye On The Birdie - 3 days

Mouth Blast - 3 days
Small Ki-Blast which comes from the mouth
Fakemoon- 4 days
Can create a moon on any planet
Oozaru - 5 days
Any Saiyan can double his Power Level on either Earth or Vegeta. (Planets with moons)
Acid Atack- 2 days
saibamen are grown with this move but you can learn it too.
learn Martial Arts as an Ability. By learning Skill you have an exstra space for a move as Martial Arts no longer counts as one of your 5 Abilities.

Death Ball - 4 days
Huge Ki-Orb that is capable of destroying an entire planet

Space Breath - 3 days
Any Mutant/Changling can survive in Space. Trael to any planet in 7 days.
Planet Yardrat
Finger Sword - 2 days
Ki-manipulation allows you to use your finger as a Sword
Instant Transmission - 10 days
Instantaneous movement ... travel to any planet in 1 day. Only to Planets which are inhabited.
Hologram - 3 days
Temporarily confuses the opponent ... thus the opponents next move automatically misses
Next Dimension
Yamma Lock - 3 days
Temporarily paralyses the opponent ... thus the opponents next move automatically misses
Zanzoken - 3 days
High Speed ... this allows you to travel down Snake Way in half the expected time
Suicide - 3 days
if you and ur opponent are both badly injured in a fight you will kill them and yourself in a last ditch effort
Absorbtion - 5 days
Any Andriod can absorb 1/4 of their opponents Power Level during a battle. You have to win the battle.
King Kai's Planet
Spirit Bomb - 4 days
Extremely strong Ki-Blast created by King Kai ... however he was never powerful enough to use it
Kaioken - 7 days
Unique way to raise your Power Level created by King Kai
Because of the huge strain Kaioken causes on your body you must have a certain minimum Power Level to achieve a certain Kaioken rating ...
minimum Power Level 1,000 = x2 Power Level
minimum Power Level 5,000 = x3 Power Level
minimum Power Level 10,000 = x5 Power Level
Maximum Power Level = 100,000
Transformations

Super Saiyan - Once you reach 500,000 you can become a Super Saiyan ... this doubles your Power Level

Super Namek - Once you reach 2,000,000 you can beomce a Super Namek ... this x5 your Power Level.

2nd Form - Once you reach 500,000 you can transform into your 2nd Form ... this doubles your Power Level
3rd Form - Once you reach 3,000,000 you can transform into your 3rd form ... this triples your Power Level
